acceleration due to gravity is the force of earth due to which it attracts any object towards it.Si unit m/s2 and value is 9.8

1) ACCELERATION DUE TO GRAVITY IS THE ACCLERATION EXPERIENCED BY AN OBJECT DURING FREE FALL.

ITS VALU CHANGES WITH DIFF. PLANETS AND HEIGHT.

ITS SI UNIT IS SAME AS ACCLERATION i.e. m/s².

2) THE VALUE OF g ON THE SURFACE OF THE EARTH IS 9.8 m/s² .
