Given :

  • Radius of Cylinder = 3.5 cm
  • Height of Cylinder = 40 cm

To Find :

  • Find the Area of Cylinder ?

Solution :

We know that,

➣ Surface Area of Cylinder = 2πr(r + h)

According to the question :

➣ T.S.A of Cylinder = 2 × 22/7 × 3.5 (3.5 + 40)

➣ T.S.A = 44.7 × 3.5 (43.5)

➣ T.S.A = 44/7 × 152.25

➣ T.S.A = 6699/7

➣ T.S.A = 956.61

Hence,

  • Surface area of Cylinder is 957cm².
