P=VI'

11=220*I'

11/220=I'

I'= 0.05A

R'= V/I'

 = 220/0.05

 = 4400Ω

Now,

total resistance of N number of bulbs=  220/5

                                                               = 44Ω

No. of bulbs,

1/44=1/4400*N

1/44*4400=N

N= 100

Therefore 100 identical electrical bulbs are connected in parallel to draw a current of 5A.
