● His proposals of Satyagraha and Quit India Movement along with Dandi March and non Cooperative movement has brought a lot of change in the mind sets of Indians.

● He successful in inspiring people and bringing a spirit in them to fight against British rule to gain our own independence.

● He was also sent to Jail many times in fear that he would strongly oppose the British rule.

● His slogans ahimsa parmo Dharma and Satyameva Jayate brought a great impact on Indians and finally with nonviolence he achieved Independence for India.
