I'm Mohit living at R/31 Ramesh Nagar. I'm writing this letter to you to complain about the problem of the mobile I had purchased 2 months ago.

I have purchased a mobile 2 months ago and now it is creating problems. The problems I am facing are:-

  • It is taking more than 1 day to be fully charged.
  • It lasts only for 40 minutes and not more than that.
  • If it bumps even a bit, it shuts down and takes a lot of time to switch on again.

The warranty is for 3 years but it has not even worked for 2 months. I request for the refund or exchange of the mobile. The model of the mobile is Reamle Note 9 Pro.

I hope you will exchange or provide a refund for the product.
