There are various reasons a person gets attracted to gaming:-

• The starting reason for the attraction is entertainment. A person will attract the most to a game that seems interesting.
• It is human behaviour to be driven by competence, autonomy, and relatedness.
• Most of these needs are met in games.
• The next step is teamwork or collaboration. Rather than playing alone, people usually prefer games that require a group of people to play together.
• The other major reason is the achievements and themes. An increase in levels, having fierce competition increases one's motivation, self-esteem as well as a focused mind.
• The most probable reason to play games is that most people have a very unexpected real life so, they choose the virtual world (games) as a way to escape for a time being.
• In this way, it acts as a medium of relaxation and a depression free environment.
• It also gives us a feeling of accomplishment. "Try, Try, but never cry" Quote is fully accomplished in games.
• Last but not the least it increases our ability to locate and find things in virtual world.i.e. we are easily able to find our targets , as it increases our eye's locating power.
