1.the product of the distance from the point to the point of application of the force and the component of the force perpendicular to the line of the distance.

2.The force is the product of mass and acceleration. It's SI unit it Newton and CGS unit is dyne. The CGS unit of force is equal to SI unit of force. Hence, The relation between SI and CGS unit of force is the CGS unit of force is equal to SI unit of force.
