I'd stop making future health outcomes a deciding factor when choosing food and drink. Yes, I believe I will have dessert, thank you. And I'll have as much cancer-inducing smallgoods loaded onto my afternoon snack platter as the laws of physics permit.

Exercise would never again be something I ‘do', it would return to being something that happened while I was busy having fun swimming or playing games or whatever.

Then I'd start focusing on doing things that are important to me.

I'd liquidate all my assets and evaluate my financial position. (I have no kids, so I only need to please myself.)

I'd move in with my sister and her partner (temporarily). They shouldn't have built a granny flat if they didn't want me to live in it!

1. Of course, would change. It's human nature to change once you have to face death. I personally think that when you are facing something bad, the first thing you would remember is family. Leave death and all, the real pain is about imagining your family cry. I'd want to make my family more loved at least the one year I'd live, so yeah the way I live would change.

2. One thing I'd completely regret is not slapping and knocking sense into the people who spread hate, other than that I'd want to tell my family that I love them and how thankful I am to them.

Also, I don't completely understand what you mean by "if you can relate". But if you're going through something, I hope you'll be alright, never give up. Things will be okay. If pain is real, hope is real too. Pray and believe in miracles. There are miracles which happened to me. Take care of yourself.

Have a good afternoon!
