Every substance on earth have it's own property

which is different from other substance

so, biodegradable has its own property

Explanation:

some substances are organic wasted like banana peels etc that are easily broken down by microorganisms like bacteria and fungi. On the other hand materials like plastic etc are not biodegradable. they are synthetic substances which cannot be broken down by microorganisms and the only way to degrade them is via heat and pressure
