d)The present world is a place that is continuously changing ,though the narrow domestic walls still do somewhat exist and divide people,they are slowly being taken down by people coming together

e)The significance of the word awake in the last line is that it is being used to say that when the world is a better place ,a heaven of freedom ,the poet hopes his country will be able to awaken as in live and prosper in such a world where there are no narrow domestic walls to divide them
