Let h be the height of the trapezoid.

Area of Trapezoid =\sf\large\underline\purple{½×height×sum of || sides}

→ ½ × h × (10 + 10 + 3 + 4) = 270units

→ ½××27×h=270units

→ h=  \frac{270 \times 2}{27}

Now

Apply. PYTHAGORAS THEOREM in left Tri .

hypotenuse²=Perpendicular ²+base²

20² + 3² = L² ( Pythagoras theorem applied to the right triangle on the left.)

L = √(409)

Apply in other triangle

20² + 4² = R² : (Pythagoras theorem applied to the right triangle on the right.)

R = √(416)

perimeter = √(409) + 10 + √(416) + 17 = 27 + √(409) + √(416)

Perimeter=20.22+10+20.39+17=67.61 units

\sf\large\underline\orange{Perimeter→67.61\:unit}
