cards and then well-shuffled. One card is drawn at random, find the probability
of getting (1) a king (2) the 10 of hearts.
pls can someone explain how only 3 cards will get removed ​

There is one king, queen and Jack for each (heart/club/spades etc)

The probability of getting king will be

4/(52-4)

=4/48

=1/7

The probability of getting 10 of hearts will be

1/(52-12)

=1/40
