5^{(2x-1)}=\frac{1}{5^{3(x-3)} } \\\\5^{(2x-1)}=\frac{1}{5^{(3x-9)} }\\  \\5^{(2x-1)}=5^{-(3x-9)} \\\\5^{(2x-1)}=5^{(9-3x)}

2x - 1 = 9 - 3x

5x = 10

x = 2
