The logic is as follows …

2+3=8, sum of these 2 numbers i.e. 5 … minus 1 i.e. 4

now multiply 4 by the 1st number i.e. 2 , therefore answer is 8.

similarly for

3+7=27 , sum =10–1 … 9 multiply by 3(1st number)=27.

4+5=32 , sum =9–1 …. 8 multiply by 4 =32.

5+8=60 , sum =13–1 …. 12 multiply by 5 =60

6+7=72 , sum =13–1 …. 12 (here also the sum is same as above it but 1st number is different) so multiply it by 6=72.

Now , following the same scenario , we will get the final answer

7+8 = ?

sum of these 2 numbers is (7+8)=15 … minus 1 … so 15–1=14,

multiply with the 1st of these 2 numbers ,

here the 1st number is 7,

so answer is 14*7=98.
