The lines that inspire me the most are:

Few ever fail by trying.

Few ever win who wait.

These lines are very encouraging because they tell the reader that if you work towards a goal and try to achieve it, the chances of failing are very little. You may fail, but there is a greater possibility of success than failure.  

The second line clearly says that people who wait for things to get better or happen automatically, usually do not win or succeed. This is because they have not put in any effort.  

Both these lines motivate the reader to try, because that will help you succeed.
