Limestone is changed into marable beacuse marable is a metamorphisis which is a sedimentary or igneous rock subjected to extreme heat and pressure ,  they undergo a complete change in their form and characteristics .

Metamorphisis rocks have formed from limestone , shale , granite and sandstone respectively , with a change in   their chemical composition.
