Qus.9: find the volume of a cylinder, if the diameter (d) of its base and altitude (h) are:
1. d = 21 cm ; h = 20 cm
2. d = 7 m ; h = 12 m​

1.volume of cylinder=πr^2h

d=21cm

radius=d/2

21/2=10.5cm

h=20cm

apply dis values in formulae

22/7*10.5*10.5*20

=6930cubic cm

2. d=7m

r=d/2=7/2=3.5m

h=12m

apply dis values in formulae

22/7*3.5*3.5*12

462cubic m
