  • Part of the stamen - Anther , filament

Stamen is the male part of the flower . Here ; pollen grains are produced which when fuse with ovary produced a fruit and ovules inside the ovary (one part of female part) become seeds.

Stamen has two parts - Anther part where pollen grains are found and filament which provides support to the anther .

Pollen grains are transferred from anther to pistil (another part of female part) by many means like insects , wind , etc.

  • Insectivorous plants - Venus fly trap , Pitcher

Insectivorous plants are the plants that grow in nutrition deficient soil . They have the ability to perform photosynthesis but they don't get the necessary and complete nutrition they require . So ; they depend insects by the same. They have vibrant colours and smell due to which insects get attracted and fall into the trap.

  • Modified roots - Tuberus , Prop roots

Modified roots is the term used to define all the types of roots that perform some other functions than ; just absorption .

Tuberous roots are important for storage of starch and carbohydrates.

Eg : Potato , Sweet Potato

Prop roots are the roots or branch like projections growing from the bark or branches down to ground in order to get more support .

Eg : Banayan
