Answer:

1) Watt is the unit of power whereaskilowatt-hour (kWh) is the unit of energy. Watt indicates the rate of using energy in J/s. You can compare this to how fast water is flowing out of a water pipe. If you have a Light bulb that has a rating of 100 watt, it means that the light bulb consumes 100 J per second.

2) 10ohm it will be I = 0.5A , V = 5V V = IR

V= 5V

I= 500mA = 500/1000= 0.5A

V= IR

5 = O.5 * R

5/0.5 = R

50/5 = R

10 ohm = R

Answer:

Explanation:

i) a)  kilowatt is a unit of power where as kilowatt hour is the rate of power consumed in the given time.

b) 1kWh = 1000W * 3600sec

              =  3.6 * 10^6 wattsec

              = 3.6 * 10^6 Joule

ii) a)  V= 5v

        I = 500mA= 0.5 A

        P = VI = 5v * 0.5 A = 2.5Watt

  b) We know that,

      V = IR

 ⇒ R = V/I = 5V/0.5A = 10Ω
