Explanation:

lets 1-1/8=7/8(remaining share)

new share =old share X remaining share

R's new share = 4/7 X 7/8=28/56=4/8

S's new share = 3/7 X 7/8=21/56=3/8

T's new share =1/8 X 7/7=7/56= 1/8

NEW SHARE =4:3:1

SACRIFICING RATIO =OLD SHARE - NEW SHARE

R's new share =4/7-4/8=4/56

S's new share=3/7-3/8=3/56

SACRIFICING RATIO= 4:3
