share to T by both existing partner

1/8 ×1/2 =1/16

new profit sharing ratio

R :- 3/5- 1/16 = 43/80

S :- 2/5 - 1/16 = 27/80

T :- 1/8 × 10/10 = 10/80

so, new profit sharing ratio will be

43:27:10

NOTE: we have mutiply the share of T with 10/10 to make the denominator equal because to find the ratio denominator must be equal of all the partner.
