 =  \sqrt{(0 - 0) {}^{2} + ( - 3 -  \frac{5}{2}  ) {}^{2} }  \\  =  \sqrt{0 + ( \frac{ - 6 - 5}{2})  {}^{2} }  \\  =  \sqrt{ (\frac{ - 11}{2} ) {}^{2} }  \\  =  \frac{ - 11}{2}
