The Indian Partnership Act provides that if in the partnership deed or agreement if the provision for the same i.e it is said that the partner will get the salary of Rs 5000 then the remaining partners must agree for the same. But if the partnership deed is silent then partner won't get anything.

In the present case, R won't be entitled to salary of Rs 5000 as it is assumed that nothing has been mentioned clearly in the Partnership Deed nor even in The Partnership Act.
