R the square roots of all non negative integers ? give an example

No. Only square roots of imperfect squares are irrational numbers. e.g. square roots of 0,1,4,9,16,25,36,49,64,81, 100........etc are rational numbers. However square roots of all non negative numbers between these perfect squares are irrational numbers.

Also cube roots of imperfect cubes are irrational numbers e.g. cube roots of 0, 1, 8, 27, 64, 125, 216, 343, 512, 729, 1000,.......etc are rational numbers however cube roots of any positive integers between them are irrational numbers. Same logic is applicable to all higher powers/ roots as well.
