The country announced complete lockdown for a whole year. This has never happened in the country before. The cause of this was that every working person and his family suffered. They were unable to earn. There was a scarcity of food and daily essentials in the country. The people struggled to get food and their daily use things. The most affected was the businessmen and the poor. Various companies got shut down all across the world. Poor people were unable to get food. They starved due to hunger. The students had to study in online mode. They were unable to study well due to the network problems. Not every student had a laptop or smartphone so they had to study with books only. The labourers were facing difficulty. They can't go back to their homes as the transport service was shut due to lockdown. The country's capital was facing water problems. There was scarcity of water in Delhi. The airlines were shut and no person could go to the foreign or come back to India itself. It made many families to stay apart from their children who were in foreign countries. The Covid has affected our daily lives.
