Two ways are:

1. Political advancement can be done by choosing the government and prime minister only by his tasks and by his contribution towards the country. Strictly, do not choose the government through emotions as it leads to increase of political pressure in the country which directly decrease the development rate.

2. In a democratic government, everything could be related to everything. It means a person must not have the whole power to control the country. He can misuse the power to vanish the democracy or start communist rule or may be a dictatorship. Technological advancement in a communist country go through only one side. Only few people become happy and that can not be considered as technological advancement
