: Sham invested - Rs.2800

: Profit - Rs.3500

Answer : The ratio of Invested money of Ram and Sham

2100/2800 = 3/4

So let the profit made by Ram be 3x

and profit made Sham be 4x

3x+4x=3500

7x=3500

x=3500/7

x=500

Now, the profit of Ram=3x

=3*500

=1500 Rs

profit of Sham =4x

=4*500

=2000 Rs

Ram and Sham made profit of Rs.1500 and Rs.2000 respectively.
