Sleep is necessary for us as it is the time when our mind rests after our daily hectic schedule. Another thing is 'Early to bed, early to rise, keeps a man healthy, wealthy and wise.'
Ways to bring sleep:
You can study as when many students sit to study they tend to fall asleep.
You can also hear some lecture on a good topic which will bring sleep.
You can do a boring activity which brings sleep. You know this better for yourself.
Avoid singing or chatting at this time which prevents you from getting sleep.
It might seem awkward that I am waking up till now and giving you this advise but I was studying till now and am just going to sleep.
