Childhood of Rabindranath Tagore Paragraph:

Rabindranath Tagore, a renowned Bengali poet and a scholar, was born in 1861. He was the ninth child in the family of thirteen children. He grew in an art-loving atmosphere. Therefore, naturally, he started writing poems at the age of eight.

The servants at his house ordered around and sometimes refused him food as a punishment. He called it 'servocracy' later in his works. He had a distraction from the normal method of learning in schools. He was forbidden to leave his house except for travelling to school.
