- Time taken = 4 hour
➜ Speed = distance/time
➜ 55 = (x/4)/4
➜ 55 * 4 = x/4
➜ 220 = x/4
➜ x = 220 * 4
➜ x = 880 km
Hence, total journey is 880 km.
Now, a/c to given data, speed of the total journey is 60 km/hr. To find out, time taken to complete whole journey :
➜ Speed = distance/time
➜ 60 = 880/time
➜ time = 880/60
➜ time = 88/6
➜ time = 44/3 hour
Now, time taken to cover the first 3/4 part of journey.
➜ time taken = (44/3) - 4
