Let length of whole journey is L
a/c to question, Rachit took 4 hour to complete the last 1/4 part of the journey at an average speed 55 km/h.
e.g., he travelled L/4 length in 4 hour with speed 55km/h
so, 55 = (L/4)/4
L = 55 × 16 = 880 km

hence, length of whole journey is 880km

he completed whole journey with speed 60km/h
then, time taken to complete whole journey = 880/60 = 44/3 hrs

so, time taken to complete first 3/4 part of the journey is (44/3) - 4 = 32/3 hrs.
