rachita boiled milk. She allowed it to cool down and left it in the kitchen. The next morning milk got spoiled. Why? how could she have saved the milk from getting spoiled?

To prevent the milk from getting spoiled rachita should have boiled the milk and left it to cool down. After that she should have kept the milk in her refrigerator because by putting it in extreme cold we can protect it from bacteria and germs which can ferment the milk.
