Rachita boiled milk. She allowed it to cool down and left it in the kitchen. The next morning she observed that milk got spoiled . Why? How could she save the milk from getting spoiled?

Rachita observe that because milk spoiled when bacteria converts the lactose into glucose and galactose which results in the production of lactic acid. She could keep in the milk in refrigerator from getting spoil, and also can make curd if possible
