Rachna tested the conductivity of curd with a bulb tester. But the bulb did not glow. Then, she brought the magnetic compass near the circuit. She observed deflection of the needle in the compass. Can you tell whether curd is a conductor of electricity or not providing scientific reason.

Answer:

It indicates the presence of current in the circuit. The bulb did not glow because the current was not sufficient to make it glow. Deflection in the magnetic compass will increase.
