Answer:

Given:

l= 80 cm , b = 40 cm, h=20 cm

Side of a square sheet= 40 cm

Wooden box is in the shape of cuboid.

Surface area of the box = 2(lb+bh+hl)

= 2( 80×40 + 40×20 + 20×80)

= 2(3200+800+1600)

=2(5600)

= 11200 cm²

Surface Area of the box= 11200 cm²

Area of 1 sheet =area of square= side ×side

Area of 1 square sheet = 40 cm × 40 cm =1600 cm²

Number of square sheets required =surface area of box/ area of 1 square sheet

= 11200/1600=7

Hence,she would require 7 Square sheets.
