• Price of Tomato :- ₹ 13.75 per kg
• Price of Potato :- ₹ 9.85 per kg
• Quantity of Tomato :- 2kg
• Quantity of Potato :- 3kg
♦To find out the Cost of required item we must multiply it's Price by its Quantity.
>> Cost of Potatoes :-
= 9.85 × 3
=₹ 29.55
>> Cost of Tomatoes :-
= 13.75 × 2
= ₹ 27.5
♦Now after comparing the costs we came to know that the cost of Potatoes are more than Cost of Tomatoes.
♦ Now we have to find out how much more is the Cost of Potatoes than of Tomatoes .
>> Cost of Potatoes - Cost of Tomatoes
= ₹ 29.55 - ₹ 27.50
= ₹ 2.05
♦ So the Cost of Potatoes are ₹ 2.05 more than the Cost of Tomatoes
