a)garbage is nothing but waste and waste only atteracts flies,mosquitos,bacteria that cause serious diseases like cholra,dysentry etc.otherwise also it is a very good habit to stay clean and to keep your surroundings clean.

b)yes, if radha would relate to her friends illness she may be correct because garbage atteract dangerous and harmful bacteria.
