10 years later

Let the Radhika's age be x

suhas age will be 2x

Their present age will be

Radhika's - x+10

suhas - 2x+10

age ratio =

(x+10)/(2x+10)=3/4

by cross multiplication

4x+40=6x+30

6x-4x=40-30

2x=10

x=5

Radhika's present age

=5+10=15

Suhas's present age=2*5+10 =20

Sum of their ages=15+20 =35
