SO GIVEN IS =  ratio of radius of the sphere is 2:3

so r1/r2=2/3

AS WE KNOW THE FORMULA ¤ ratio is surface areas =4π(r1)^2/4π(r2)^2

=r1^2/r2^2/

=(r1/r2)^2

SO FROM FIRST r1/r2=2/3

=(2/3)^2

=2^2/3^2

=4/9

HENCE UR ANSWER IS 4/9
