This is a simple question based on the concept of Mensuration (Areas related to circle)

Radius of the first circle=3 m

Its area=πr²

=π3²

=9π m²

So, the first circle's area=9π m²

The second second circle has an area of 9 times the area of the first circle=(9×9π) m²

=81π m²

So, the radius of the second circle:-

=>πr²=81π

=>\cancel{π}r²=81\cancel{π}

=>r²=81

=>r=\sqrt{81}

=>r=9

So, the radius of the second circle would be 9 m.
