Step by Step explanation.

The radius of the loop the aircarft makes is 1km which is eaqual to 1000m.

This is ; r=1000m

The speed of the aircraft is 900km/hr. Converting to m/s ,

V=900*5/18=250m/s.

The centrigugal acceleration, a, is given by V^2/r

a=250^2/1000=62.5m/s^2.

The acceleration due to gravity is 10m/s^2.

Therefore, comparing the centripetal accelartionand gravitational accelartaion , =Centripetal accelaration/gravitational acceleration=62.5/10=6.25.

The centripetal accelaration is 6.25 times greater than the gravitational accelaration.
