Radius of base =7cm

Height =10cm

curved \: surface \: area \: of \: cylinder = 2\pi \: r \: h

 = 2 \times \frac{22}{7} \times 7 \times 10

=2x22x10

=440cm²

CSA of cylinder = 2\pirh

radius=7cm

height=10cm

therefore,

\frac{22}{7}×7×10

=2×22×10 (by cancelling denominator 7 by the radius)

=44×10

=440 cm²
