Explanation:

R = 40cm

R = 2f

40 = 2f

f = 20cm ( focal length of mirror f )

f = -20cm ( as it is concave mirror )

H = 4cm ( height of object = H )

u = -30cm ( object distance u )

now apply mirror formula

1/u + 1/v = 1/f

1/-30 + 1/v = 1/-20

1/v = 1/-20 + 1/30

1/v = 30-20/60

1/v = 1/60

v = 60 cm

now magnification m = - v / u

m = -60/-30 = 2

size of image m = h/H ( height of image h / height of object H )

2 = h / 4

h = 8cm

the image will be real and inverted , in front of the mirror , larger than the object.

hope it helps.........
