HERE IS UR ANSWER
Na has 11 electrons ,its electronic configuration is 1s^2,2s^2, 2p^6,3s^1 , its last electron is in 3s subshell while Na+ has 10 electrons ,its electronic configuration is 1s^2,2s^2,2p^6 ,its last electron is in 2p subshell ,so Na has one subshell more then Na+
this is the reason that Na has greater radius then Na+.
