distance covered by both the wheels will be equal
distance covered by second wheel in 900 revolutions = 2π×12×900=(2×22×12×900)/7
now the same distance is to be covered by first wheel so, let take the no. of revolutions made by first will be 'n'
(2×22×12×900)/7=(n×2×22×18)/7
12×900=18×n
n=(12×900)/18
n=600
