The amount of flowers Rafique had = 15,000 Rupees

Agent's commission in % =4%

Agent's commission in rupees is: 4% of 15,000 rs

= (4 x 15,000)/100

= 4 x 150

= 600 Rs

Amount left with Rafique = 15,000-600

= 14,400 Rs

According to the problem given ,

Selling price of the flowers ( S.P ) = Rs15000

Agent commission ( C ) = 4% of S.P

= ( 4/100 ) × 15000

= Rs 600

Rafique received amount by selling the

flowers from agent = S.P - C

= Rs 15000 - Rs 600

= Rs 14400
