 According to question  

4x -y=70 --------------(i)

5x-2y=80-------------(ii)

2 equation (i) - equation (ii)

 8x - 2y =140

5x - 2y =80

=> x   =  20

 substitution of the value of x in  

equation (i)  to get value of y  

 4(20)-y= 70

80 - y =70

y= 10

 total number of question are  

 => 20+10 =30
