Raghu bought book and pen for ₹2000. If the cost of book is the 4 times cost of pen, find the cost of the book.​

Let the C.P of pen = x

then ,

C.P of book will be = 4x

According to the condition:

4x + x = 2000

5x = 2000

x = 400

So, the cost of the book will be :

400 × 4 = Rs 1600
