No he can't be because sum of exterior opposite angles is 180 degree
Angle P + Angle Q + Angle R = 180 degree
50 degree + 100 degree + 70 degree = 220 degree
220 is not equal to 180
Hence Proved...

- We know that all the angles of a triangle should add up to 180 degrees.
- Here the sum is : LP + LQ + LR = 50 + 100 + 70 = 220 degrees.
- Certainly 220 degrees is way more than 180 degrees.
- Hence Raghu won't be able to create a triangle with these measurements of angles.
