EVALUATION

Here it is given that Ragini had ₹ 1600 to spend on snacks for a meeting

Let Ragini bought x number of sweet and y number of snacks for meeting

So price of sweet = $ 40x

Price of snacks = $ 25y

So by the given condition

$\sf{40x + 25y = 1600}$

$\sf{ \implies \: 8x + 5y = 320}$

Hence the required equation is

8x + 5y = 320

From the graph we observe that one of the integral solution is x = 20 , y = 32

Ragini bought 20 sweets and 32 snacks for meeting
